This programme trains selected candidates to become official Entertainment Excellence Programme (EEP) facilitators, authorised to deliver structured training, team development, and programme reviews for hotels and resorts worldwide — on behalf of Paradise Placement Group.

What Is an EEP Certified Facilitator?
An EEP Certified Facilitator is trained and authorised to:
🔹Deliver the Entertainment Excellence Programme in hotels
🔹Train new and existing animation teams
🔹Support staff onboarding and induction
🔹Review entertainment programmes
🔹Provide performance feedback and improvement strategies
🔹Support guest experience development
Facilitators represent Paradise Placement Group and deliver EEP to the same global standards.
Programme Structure
Phase 1 – Core Training
Participants complete:
🔹EEP methodology & brand standards
🔹Guest experience psychology
🔹Team leadership & motivation
🔹Programme design & scheduling
🔹Performance coaching techniques
🔹Professional conduct & hotel relations
Phase 2 – Shadow & Practice
🔹Shadow a senior EEP trainer
🔹Assist in real hotel training sessions
🔹Observe programme reviews
🔹Support team development workshops
Phase 3 – Certification
To qualify, participants must:

🔹Demonstrate leadership delivery
🔹Complete a final evaluation

Once certified, facilitators are officially recognised as EEP Global Trainers.
