About Us

Paradise Placement Group are a UK-based recruitment agency specialising in placing entertainment staff in international hotels and resorts.

Our role is to connect candidates with employers. We are not the employer of candidates placed in roles, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Candidate Terms

By submitting an application through our website, you agree that:

  • All information provided in your CV, video, and application form is accurate and truthful.

  • You are over 18 years of age and legally able to work abroad.

  • Your application details (CV, video, contact info) may be shared with our partner hotels and employers for the purposes of recruitment.

  • Submitting an application does not guarantee an interview, job offer, or employment.

  • You are responsible for ensuring you have a valid passport, travel documents, and any necessary work permits/visas (although we may assist where possible).

  • If placed in a role, your contract of employment will be with the hotel or employer, not Paradise Placement Group.

 

Candidate Support

  • We aim to provide guidance and support throughout the recruitment process.

  • While working abroad, if any serious issues arise, candidates can contact us for assistance.

  • In exceptional circumstances (e.g., breach of contract, unsafe conditions), we will assist in arranging return travel to your home country.

 

Employer Terms

By engaging our services, employers agree that:

  • All vacancies submitted to us are genuine and lawful.

  • Employers will provide accurate job descriptions, working conditions, and salary information.

  • Employers will comply with local employment laws and ensure a safe working environment.

  • Paradise Placement Group accepts no liability for the conduct, performance, or actions of candidates once employed.

 

Fees & Payment

  • Candidates are not charged any fees for applying or being placed in roles.

  • Employers/clients are charged recruitment or placement fees as agreed in writing prior to engagement.

 

Limitation of Liability

  • Paradise Placement Group is not liable for any loss, injury, or damages resulting from employment abroad.

  • We act only as an introduction service between candidates and employers.

  • Responsibility for contracts, working conditions, accommodation, salary, and health & safety rests solely with the employer.

 

Data Protection

All personal data submitted is processed in line with our Privacy Policy and in accordance with UK GDPR and Data Protection laws.

 

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, text, and graphics, belongs to Paradise Placement Group and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.

 

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
