EEP Certified Facilitator

 

Application Criteria

The EEP Certified Facilitator Programme is designed for experienced hospitality and entertainment professionals who are ready to step into leadership, training, and international delivery roles.

To maintain the quality and integrity of the Entertainment Excellence Programme, all applicants must meet the following criteria.

 

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must:

• Have at least 2 years’ experience in resort entertainment, hospitality leadership, or guest experience roles

• Currently hold or have previously held a team leader, head animator, supervisor, or management role

• Demonstrate strong communication and presentation skills

• Be confident training and leading groups

• Have professional conduct and strong guest service standards

• Be fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)

• Be willing to travel internationally for training and delivery

• Commit to representing Paradise Placement Group and the EEP brand professionally

 

Preferred Experience

While not essential, preference will be given to candidates who have:

• Delivered staff training or on-boarding programmes

• Experience across multiple international resorts or hotel groups

• Performance, fitness, hosting, or production experience

• Leadership or mentoring responsibilities

• Strong organisational and planning skills
